Functional Anatomy: Upper and Lower Limb
Functional Anatomy is a two-part course (upper and lower limb) that focuses on functional anatomy, with an emphasis on weight training. Through the emphasis on biomechanics, neurology, and muscle physiology, participants will gain an understanding that goes beyond origin and insertion, and reps and sets.
Functional Anatomy will not only prepare students to take the advanced Zona courses, but will be of benefit when taking any fitness related course.
1. Educate professionals about functional anatomy.
2. Provide fitness professionals with the tools to design safe and effective programs based on muscle function and dysfunction.
3. Prepare fitness professionals for various continuing education courses.
